I live with my partner (been together over 30 years) who is also Type 2 diabetic but insulin dependant.Interact

Diagnosed T2 December 2014 - prescribed Metformin then SR but felt awful. Stopped taking them.
Diabetic review in May 2015 - DN not happy said she'd speak to GP.
Phone call from Reception and told there was a script for Gliclazide and a monitor for me to collect!
Didn't like the sound of Glic so never took it.
Found this forum and started LC/HF diet beginning of June.
Starting weight 12st8lbs (81.2kg) - present weight 9st12lbs (57.9kg)
