Hi I work 12 hrs days and 12 hr nights 4 on 4 off and seem to struggle to eat on a night shift
... I was wondering if anyone else struggles with shift work and how you cope plus any ideas on best foods to take with you thank you .
I see you are recently diagnosed, and know how tough it can be to gain understanding of it all. It can seem overwhelming.
12 hour shifts, would that mean you get 2 short breaks each shift?
In order to be able to offer ideas it would help to know if you eat at work canteen or take your own food, and the sort of diet / eating regime you have chosen. Is your choice low carb?
