Hi @PDaveAngel , welcome to the forum!

Is your rash caused by your shoes or by something else?
If not caused by the shoes, getting new shoes won't help, you'll need to treat the cause first.

I'd urge you to see your GP / diabetes nurse/ podiatrist to find out the cause and best treatment, you don't want to take chances with your feet having diabetes.

Could be a fungus, they tend to like feet from people who have diabetes... And it could be a thousand other things. Change shoes, you take the problem with you and "infect" the new pair too. So maybe see a GP, or podiatrist? (Sooner rather than later?)

Could it not just be the heat ? I have had this before where my feat just swell up and itch for a few days and then goes away when it cools , I think like JoKaisbeek says if it continues though you will have to get some medical advice
