i shop at tesco online when you click on an item you can see all the info about that product .including .
carbs
fat
salt
etc
you don't have to be a member to get this info.
its a lot better than trying to look at a label with a magnifying glass

Yes I use their nutritional information all the time. There are other sources on the web that you can use too, but being another Tesco shopper it really helped me a lot when I first started trying to work out my low carb diet and shopping list.

This is a good idea, I hate trying to read the nutrition labels on packets, they're usually too small, and you always have to be on the look out for devious ploys they use to hide the truth!
I use an app, but not always sure I can trust that either. I'll give Tesco online a go.

I noticed this when I was doing my 'click & collect' a few months ago, so handy that they do that x

I get nearly all my food shopping on Tesco now, so easy to check the carbs

Sainsburys do the same on there online shopping site, very useful.

I use the Asda site to check foods if I fancy them. Very useful
