Shopping when hungry

Walked around Tescos food shopping really really fancied some cake and chocolate but bravely I walked on.

Some days eating healthy is really hard especially when you're feeling as shattered as I feel today.

Just look at the shelves,Janie and say , "carbs,carbs,carbs" to yourself as you pass them.there are lots of things that are not carbs or low carbs that you can enjoy!!!!
