Should I Be Worried?...

Hello. I apologize if this isn't the place for this, or if this sort of thing is not welcome, but I'm concerned, and I want to know if I should be:

I'm 21 years old (Not a drinker, or smoker. No recreational drugs, either), have quite the family history of type 2 diabetes, am relatively active all year round (I'm an auto mechanic, if that means anything. Lifting tires and parts to cars on hoists, etc…) and I had several tests done when I was 16, and all of them marked my risk factor as being 'low', despite my family history. However, over the past month, I've continually felt weaker and weaker. Just this past weekend, starting Saturday, December 5th, around midday, just after I had taken a shower, I felt incredibly fatigued, my hands and feet ached, I couldn't rise from a squat without feeling as though I were going to faint, and by that night, I had a tremendous headache. Overall, my condition has gotten better, but it's far from completely gone. I'm just curious if this is something i will fight on my own accord, or if it's something i should have been in for Saturday night.

Thank you so much in advance.
