A new walker turned up in my health walk group his morning. she said she was slow and walked wih mw. I am the slowest you can imageine. She said she's a GP and I told her I was goin to tell her that I campaign for dietary advice for diabetics. she said "It's such a horrible thing, Diabetes" I told her I just get on with life. I also said I use low carbing. She seemed surprised and said a"all you have to do is eat less" Oh well!

I know dotors get a lot of questions about their conditions from people they meet socially. I didn't aask anything, just said I'm campaigning. After that little bit, we went on to our respective children and grandchildren for subjects of conversation and silence up the longest steepest hill.
