I gave 3 readings of h1 I am on no medication got my 1st appointment with a specialist in 6 days time but am curious as to if I should call a ambulance when all a & e say is I am in baby stages (honeymoon period) watch me for a few days then send me home what is my best option i been in a & e a few times this month its 6 days till my appointment they go low if i exercise and EVEN THOUGH, I am not on meds I have been dropping into hypo often hard for me to get my head round just curious as to how I can go low so much without meds specially when i eat very well. Anything to help would be great

Hi, How low you been going to ? What did the hospital say n advise when discharged you? You doing any testing with blood sugars? Anna.

I have been advised to eat every couple hours I did so but ended up h1. 24.5 32.1 h1 3 times in one day further advice exercise when high by diabetic cousin. I only reached 12.9 today its left feeling giddy and drunkish my lower side has been 8.4 to 9.9 I am very concerned

I would also say to keep hydrated. Can you see any Dr in your surgery? Or only your GP. I am lucky that i can see anyone and that also my surgery has recently merged with another. I have also been having problems with high levels, no lows though and saw a Dr today who at last listened and realised i can't go on like this. If you can't see another Dr, do you have a walk in centre you could go to or how about phoning NHS Direct for advice?

No I went hospital last night they told me not to worry bout the high sugar levels so much but h1 isn't good but my lows can cause brain damage that's scares me a bit!!!
