My Dr. went to great lengths in explaining to me about keeping your blood sugars steady by eating regularly.
I must admit there are times at work when it is difficult to have a meal break but this article highlights the negative effects on the human body if we do not.

Why eating at the wrong times is tied to such profound and negative effects on the human body.

I eat if If hungry, but very little at a time. When I check randomly, I'm usually around target level. I generally try to eat tiny portions and I may not eat for hours. I'm so glad I found the Livlife bread. It means I can have something SMALL.
I tend to work things out for myself, because even though my doctor and nurse are both lovely, I actually know more than either of them.

I only eat when hungry and a good low carb breakfast usually sets me up 'til teatime.

I never miss breakfast unless fasting for a cholesterol check, occasionally miss lunch and have an earlier tea instead depending on work schedule, 3 meals a day suffices and rarely snack in between unless bg is running low.
