@dan1jess2 Hi there, I'm Steve, I got totally confused trying to answer peoples messages until I was taught this little trick. First type an''@'' followed by the name you want to send a message to, followed by your message. So if you want to say hi to me, then type the 'at sign' as above, then squeekyboy (spelt incorrectly) & your message will reach me.
Good luck, Steve

@dan1jess2

The Yogurt that I use is Yeo Valley
GREEK STYLE NATURAL

TYPICAL VALUESPER 100g Energy537kJ/129kcal
Fat 9.5g
of which saturates 5.9g
Carbohydrate 6.4g
of which sugars 6.4g
Protein 4.5g

I really do keep it to the 100g or less depending on what I'm having it with

I'm sure others will have other recommendations :) but someone did congratulate me on finding a low (ish) carb Yogurt :)

How low is low for you?

Are you on insulin? Or one of the pancreas-stimulating tablets? If not I can't see any reason to drink anything sugary?

As to yoghurt I buy Greek or Turkish with 10% fat, plain. The Greek is often a bit higher in carbs while the Turkish is about 3.5% carbs.
