Just bumping this thread as that link unfortunately no longer works. (Grrr…..) Anyone got a working link to their favourite sick day rules?

I am hoping to go it alone at home if I get this dreaded virus, so it would be good to have some dosing advice to hand. (Though I'll probably just keep testing and injecting and have stocked up on ketone testing strips....)
