Sick of getting sick

A few days after getting over my uti I now have a really bad chesty cough!!! I had a hypo last night at 2.5 which took me over an hour to sort!
I am also battling with my mental health condition severely at the moment just want it all to end!!! And for me to b healthy for a change.
I think this work sickness disiplinary has pushed me over the edge!!!

Sounds like you need some time off to yourself... if you are stressed out so much your body will become distressed and you won't recover so easily as you normaly would. Tell your doctor you need time off.

That's what set my mental health problem off again... The stress of it all.

It is illegal to force someone to work when they are sick. If you are ill you should not be working.. Ask the doctor to put you on the box for a few months.
 
I had this before, my last employers tried to sack me for my attendance too.
If you've been off because of your diabetes then you are covered by the Equality Act 2010. I took a copy of this act in with me on my disciplinary hearing and highlighted all of the reasons why they couldn't sack me for it. To be honest they looked like they'd been slapped in the face and they had to change the way they deal with my, and every other person covered by this acts attendance.
Be careful though because my employers conspired against me because of this and created another reason to sack me.
