Am waiting for my diabetic nurse to get back to me, but in the meantime i thought i would ask all you lovely people
Am having a bit of a problem at the moment and am (hopefully) looking to rule out my insulin. I am having problems with my heartbeat, i constantly have the feeling of it beating out my chest, not beating too fast, just beating REALLY hard all the time. Ive been to the doctors and had blood pressure taken, ecg & thyroid tested (i have Graves’ disease) but got the all clear on all 3, so i am wondering if anyone had ever heard of this as a side effect of insulin (am on humalog and levemir)?
I would love to say this is a recent thing, but been experiencing it for last 4-5 months, and only been diagnosed and insulin for 8 months.
