Silent mini fridge to store insulin

Can you provide some more background to your requirement?
I have been an insulin user for more than 15 years and never felt the need for a mini fridge including frequent travel to some very warm countries staying in basic hotels and campsites with no fridge.
 
The magic word to find silent fridges is 'Absorption'. Google absorption fridges or look them up on Ebay. Maybe you will find a small one. They make them for caravans.
