Metformin also gives me terrible continual hot flushes, started very soon after starting metformin, it's hell & embarrassing at times,  I went through menopause many years ago but as I said before my nurse said metformin effects the hormones.  Short hair doesn't suite me at all   Wish you well</p></blockquote><p></p>
