had my d appointment this am after 23yrs of type 1 I have finally excepted my condition have taken my hba1 down from 11.3 to 7.1 . they have also put me on metrormin so I can reduce background insulin . wot a day also had blood test today to see if I'm type 1 or type 2 as my notes at hospital differ . I know after all this time that I'm type 1 only bad point is I discovered I have nuropathy in my feet

Crowds of people, my idea of hell would be a huge gathering of any sort!

Heights, scare me to death!
Liars, cheats. poseurs, any kind of violence, thieves and people who take advantage of others.

The way the world is going to hell in a handbasket.

Global warming, the melting ice caps, whaling..I mean what for?!

Cruelty

Having to give up my eat everything philosophy..and I really really dislike consequences.

Well done I have just found out I have gone from 9.2 - 6.7 in 4 months of carb counting probably the lowest I have been in 15+ years

Hope all goes well and the neuropathy improves
