sitting on a gym ball

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
Following from the long rambling post on bimechanics and weight, I had a few more thoughts on the subject.
Whereas, I still don't think that standing will cause weight loss, It might prevent weight gain,
Thus I thought that sitting on a gym ball rather than a chair might be beneficial. Muscles must be engaged to prevent falling off. Trouble is you need to have the right height ball. I'm not quite sure how you aree meant to work that out
