Been a while since I was on this great forum and last year had a successful period on Slimming World. I learned all the food rules etc. Since then we moved home and currently have restricted cooking facilities until house done up. Have started popping the allowed food types in a small oven skillet (in tiny top oven) and I love this method of cooking for Type2. Running out of self guessed recipes on what wood be good for this open cooked approach and any advice on good skillet recipes would be so appreciated.
Thoughts please ref recipes?
