Anyone use the above specifically the golden syrup version?

Very weak and insipid but jammed pack full of Sucralose which I learnt technically isn’t made from sugar but in a test tube at a laboratory. Yes technically it was originally made from sugar. However what you buy in the supermarket isn’t made from sugar. If you know the formula it is easy to make it without sugar.

Anyway I had a glycemic low this morning after breakfast.

Anyone else had the same problem?

My friend gave me some coffee shot syrups from them, I’m going to be honest I found them pretty nasty tasting and very synthetic. It’s not something I would usually try as I try to eat clean but I thought I’d just see. I’ve also tried something else from their range a couple of years ago, for the life of me can’t remember what it was, I’ve a feeling it was chocolate sauce, what I do remember is that it sent my blood sugar into double figures for the first time in years and made me feel totally lousy

What did your finger prick or Libre readings say? Do you take any medication to help with your diabetes? It is helpful to understand these things before making comment, or offering any suggestions.
