Ok so I know that sky news aren't known for their accurate reporting. However, this news story just goes to show the common misconceptions with the causes of both types of diabetes. There's a story about a new treatment for type one. Within the article, there is a link to a story about obese people getting surgery and also a link to a type 2 diabetes story about the risks of developing it. Talk about a massive insult to both types of diabetics!
