Type 1 Sleep apena

Im sure there is a site for this condition as many peope who have it do not have diabetes
 
Yes,it is annoying. I have positional sleep apnea.

Was it easy to adjust to?

I'm sure I'd sleep better if I had one.

I do been diabetic tyoe2 for 14 years just had my driving license held since before Christmas as I am 70 as they wanted go check me out.I have just got my license back have to be checked every three years.I have a CPAP mask that I wear every night turned my life around.

Yes you would sleep better I was always tired before I got mine U snore terrible but the machine stops it and stops me tossing and turning because I stop breathing and move.
