Hi everyone,
I want to ask a simple question about sleep: does anyone solve a problem with nervs after walking to toilet during sleep? I sometimes feel like being "excitated" (being almost entirely asleep, but there is something calling for attention inside. Have to say, I do not use any medication (now), as I only did the test. Not being stressed.
Any experience?
Thanks for anything,
S.

No sorry, I can't help you. I hope someone does soon. I just wanted to say.....Hi, welcome:)

I find that if I can manage to breathe the way I do when asleep/almost asleep I usually go to sleep.

Or if a bit tense and needing to relax I flex a muscle, one at a time, and hold for five to ten seconds, then relax. Repeat until relaxed, then move on to next muscle.

Or if mentally tense, concentrate on something. Recently I have pictured myself in a small boat, slowly going around an island.

Or slowly count down from 99.
