Sleepy all the time.

Hello
I am T1 and want to sleep all the time.
My bloods have been high over Christmas. I drink loads of water during the day. Snack a lot but eat small amounts. My BP is ok. On insulin during the day and night time dose.
Getting over diet foot problems.
Any advise. Please

For many people this can be a side effect of high blood sugars, especially noticeable after meals and may be indicative of glucose building up in the bloodstream and not being used properly by the body.
Tiredness could also be caused by many other things so I would try to get your sugar levels down and talk to your doc if symptoms persist.
