When I was a lot younger I used to get very embarrassed about people knowing/hearing/smelling that id been to the toilet so I took a lot of Imodium for a long period of time... this then caused issues with going to the toilet and therefore caused small fissures which have never really healed fully. Ive just never experienced anything quite as large or painful as what I have now.</blockquote>
