Slimming world-type 2 diet controlled

Hi, I had this problem with slimming world. Have you tried red days as this plan does restrict the amount of carbs you can eat and much better for your bg's.

I also found that with slimming world my portions were too big as most foods are "free" and you do need to portion control if you want to keep your bg's down.

I have now switched to weight watchers as you can choose what food you eat and can have more protein than carbs but it does teach you about portion control which I found I needed.
