Smell ... Quality not quantity !!!

Hi

Type2 on Metformin SR and Forxiga.

My flatulence is rather well,,, ripe !!!

Any tips on how to stop this ?

What would your typical days meals consist off. "Pinches nose"

bacon Egg toast for breakfast
Tuna mayo sandwich for lunch
Steak and onion with gravy, mash carrots peas for tea

Now if there was alot of greens there that could have explained it.
How long you been on the meds in relation to the problem?

Had a bad start on the Metformin, about 3 years ago, changed to the Slow Release version, better, but have the odd hiccup, sorry for this, but passing brown water !
