Hi been smoking for 42 years not smoked now for 23 days and I now need help
What can I snack on as it all seems to be all high fat/ sugar/ carbohydrate I eat 7 fruit a day but need something to chew and don't like gum
Please help
Yay, 23 days a real achievement, well done. How about nuts to nibble, as they don't disappear too quickly - you have to work at chewing them if you get what I mean?
