As a 16 year old i tend to have a bad habit of snacking between meals. I have yet to see a dietician so not that aware of good snacks that wont spike your levels etc. Would anyone be able to give me any tips? And some suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I have those bags of fridge raiders :) or 5 or 6 cocktail sausage. Sometimes a Piece of cheese.

Chedder cheese thin biscuits have 1.9g carb per biscuit so I can have 2 or 3 of them with little effect, but that's not the case for everyone
