As a 16 year old i tend to have a bad habit of snacking between meals. I have yet to see a dietician so not that aware of good snacks that wont spike your levels etc. Would anyone be able to give me any tips? And some suggestions? Thanks in advance. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
I have those bags of fridge raiders or 5 or 6 cocktail sausage. Sometimes a Piece of cheese. Chedder cheese thin biscuits have 1.9g carb per biscuit so I can have 2 or 3 of them with little effect, but that's not the case for everyone
