Yes, Six nation rugby and snacks.
Well done England last night.
What snacks can I have when say on couch watching rugby.
Ok, have decided had better not have those tastie cheese and onion crisps.
What can I have with my glass pf wine?

Cheese, nuts, an avocado?

Try lettuce wraps ?
Washed large lettuce leaves .

Chuck in all your salady favourite things !
Boiled egg chopped up , ham,,chicken, grated carrot, peppers, celery, gherkins
sliced up, sprinkle bit of sweetcorn in them, radish's, etc
Roll them up and enjoy (pop onto a smaller plate looks more this way)

They can be used as a lite bite lunch/tea/supper idea too .
Highly versatile as you can pick out your own favourites and low carb too ;):D

Sorry forgot to say I am a veggie, but eat fish.
Dont like avocado.

Thanks, must rush to the shop.

@millysue You could even use fish flakes in the lettuce parcels too
Honeyroast salmon or tuna flakes sprinkled on - being a fish lover (only needs a few
flakes) I buy these and use them occasionally .
Forgot to mention the cucumber and cherry tomatoes possible too . :)

Pork Scratchings!

A couple of months ago, I was in the pub with some friends and one of them got himself some pork scratchings. I ruefully said "oo my teeth aren't up to them now".
A few minutes later there was a loud crunch and a look of dismay.
Poor bloke. I was glad I resisted the temptation to dive in.

Pork scratchings only cost a little for the bag of them .
But when the dentist's bill is over £80 to repair the damage .

It becomes an expensive snack !
I never have them and never will for this reason .
