Most of those seem okay for me, but apples, whole grain crackers, popcorn, dried fruit... no thanks. As I said, the others are pretty good from my perspective.
The list seems okay. I think some of things on the list are more of a eat non-processed carbs and not all are low carb options. Out of the list my favourite is chia seed pudding.
I also like to have the following:
Plain unsweetened fat-free greek yogurt + raspberries (15 grams carbs and 7 grams fiber - 8 net carbs)
Cheddar cheese (1 gram carbs)
1 oz Almonds (6 gram carbs, 3.5 fiber - 2.5 net carbs)
Smoothies (protein powder + spinach/kale + low carb fruit (berries) + water or unsweetened cashew milk)
