Snacks v Meals

Anyone moved away from 3 meals a day in favour of smaller and more regular snacks/mini-meals. Heard it may help stabilise blood sugar as less stomach swell doesnt then trigger insulin and relates glucose release by liver. Insulin release reduced because of the condition whereas liver dumps full glucose quota a la chinese restaurant effect.. Thoughts?.. work for you?
 
I've certainly moved to smaller meals, and expect to eat a snack between.
Mainly as a way of calorie controlled intake though, as it was bigger meals, and worse snacking before.

I changed what I eat, so I couldn't really say what helped.

Based on low GL though, it makes sense to eat little and often, so I intend to keep it up, with low fat, healthy food, and reduced carbs based on what I tolerate.
