Oh jeez... Sorry. That does leave the dark chocolate, though.
And the nuts, olives... Oh, celery sticks with a bit of hummus? (The hummus adds up if you have too much, but still...). I sometimes have low carb crackers with vegetable spread/dip, but they're local dutch brands and would be useless for you. Sometimes I just put some coconut oil on, as I love the taste.
And if you do use milk, maybe go for the full fat stuff, or cream? More flavour, more fats to slow down a sugar spike, more filling. Just saying, if you're going to anyway... Might as well chose the option that's healthier for a diabetic. Something to think about maybe, anyway.
