Hi

i'm on an insulin pump
I was wondering what are good, reasonably healthy things to snack on?
I like Ryvita, have Activia yoghurts, banana, plums, sometimes as a treat will have safron cake

I have Shredded wheat & banana for breakfast, usually for lunch its a piece of wholemeal toast with 2 eggs?
