I have type 2 diabetes
I do extreme shift work (either getting up or going to bed at 3.00am) I know this is when our bodies are supposed to do their maintainence so I miss out a bit but...
My question is I cannot just get home and go to bed, I have to have a chill out period of about an hour with a cup of sugarless tea (whoever invented that!) what can I have as a snack? also at work what can I have during the day as a snack as I am often isolated for 4-5 hours.
