Help please

I'm new to this but I'm struggling with bed time snacks.

When I was in hospital I had toast before bed (1 slice) but now I'm home I'm struggling with trying to keep carbs down etc.

Most things I would like are roughly 30-40g which would mean taking more insulin

Just had 2 banana an just my app on my phone an two banana is nearly 60g oops (there was me trying to be healthy but didn't realise so much)

What you have etc?

Thanx

1 or 2 oz of cheese. That's 25-50g in old money. Or two babybel.
Small portion Greek yoghurt
Slice or two of cold meat
Small portion hummus or guacamole
A low carb biscuit made with almond flour
15 cashews (give or take)
Hard boiled egg
Or that egg mayo sandwich filler stuff
Leftovers from your dinner
Smoked mackerel
Smoked salmon

The thing you mustn't do is spread any of them on that slice of toast... ;)
