Sneezing And Blood Sugar

I have been sneezing for the last couple of days, no other symptoms. Is that sufficient to raise blood sugar? I just can't get over today's fasting reading!
 
Thanks Mahola. It's nice to see you back. Hopefully I'm fighting hard and it won't materialise. I have just had a cold and an eye infection recently, and the blood sugar reading has returned to good levels last Saturday for four days!
 
I don't know if sneezing can raise blood sugar or not but I have found over recent months that If I eat anything processed like cooking sauces ready meals and the like I will have a bout of sneezing and a running nose for at least half an hour or more and obviously those kind of foods will definitely raise blood sugars so I some times get raised BG coincident with sneezing as a reaction to certain foods.
 
No, not for me! I don't eat them! Anyway I think I may have a tooth/gum infection - pain - so that could explain the nasty fasting numbers yesterday and today!
 
I sneeze a lot because I have very little nasal hair so anything vaguely irritating to my nose makes me sneeze. I have never noticed any rise in BS though.
