Hi,

I was diagnosed with T2 just over a month ago with an initial Ac1 of 57 (went down to 53 on a second testing 2 weeks later), and have spent a lot of on here since (not posted much, but have been busy reading!)
Have cut out all of the obvious carbs - bread, pasta, sugar, potatoes, etc and started going for a walk after meals whenever I can. I have also bought a monitor and have started testing to see what effects my BG.
My levels are reducing with initial FBG of 8.6 now down to between 6.4 - 7.0 and my weight down by 9lbs.
The food cravings are reducing and I am not hungry all the time like I used to be, so generally feeling more positive about things.

Just wanted to pop in and say thank you.

That's great, encouraging progress Helen. Onward and downwards?
