Sounds like a good plan. I am sure the short sharp shock will work.

I have about 10 things that now fit me and its been 9 weeks lol. Will be walking round like a tramp for a few months untill I get down to target and can go clothes shopping haha!

Sounds like your plan, is working. I know that feeling about clothes. Primark is great for the in between stages.

I took my big clothes to the charity shops and purchased smaller clothes while I was there
