Hi, Are you certain it's not the needle not quite puncturing the membrane on the cartridge at the other end when fitting? Sometimes, certain needle brands slip/not quite gripped in the plastic holder when screwed down in the direction of the arrow pictured below? Which would cause no insulin to be fired. Thus a jam..
