I am type 1 was on bp meds but due to a vegan diet i am currently off all meds, recently when i get up each morning i feel fatigued till about 12 am then i get back my strength, can anyone help?

What are your blood sugar levels during this feeling of fatigue..?
 
My blood sugar on mornings are at average 165 and i take my daily lantus dose of 6 units and i also use apedra of 2 units after meals

Have you tried your fast acting insulin before meals?
