Some advice please

after a bit of advice as I have accidentally injected 5 units of Novorapid instead of the 5 units of levemir I should have done as the night time dose

Level is at 8.5 currently so other than eating a couple of cliches of toast anything else I should/could do please

Also if I balance the carb intake with the novorapid should I still take the levemir?

Do you know your insulin to,carb ratio?

You should still take your Levemir as that's to control your BS in the absence of food.

For the extra Novorapid you injected, you need to,eat enough carbs to cover that insulin. I'd also do extra tests tonight as you may have stacked that bollus on your evening meal bolus so your sugars might be unpredictable. I'd set an alarm or two for,the night just to be sure you're ok.
 
I am on 1/10 breakfast and lunch and 1/15 for the evening meal and thanks I will do
