Gosh this has such amazing comments that I just had to address you all! Hard to believe something produced in our bodies to help us would be what kills us, I think inflammation is the more worrying aspect and I certainly feel I have that down. Thank you though, that means a lot! Thanks ert! Onwards and upwards! Well here is hoping you can get it as well one day and thank you so much! Seriously I think it is still one of the more dubious things in this generation now, they are starting to realise just how much they have misguided people over the years. You're doing well I would say so why try and mess up your cells with something that should have have been there in the first place? Thank you as well! I honestly gasped when I found it, I never expected to be in that club yet here I am! Thanks for all the help! I am dizzy with happiness over it, just changing a few small things made such a big difference! Thank you so much Guzzler! I can neither confirm nor deny the presence of G&T and my smug satisfaction at the nurse being so flabbergasted about how I turned it all around. Thanks for much jjraak, it's time to keep this going. Awwww thank you so very much! Well done you got Iron Maiden in my head but I'd like to go to that number one day, wouldn't be as warm there! Thanks so much! You can do it, seriously I have faith in everyone here to keep themselves going! Thank you for the well wishes and I will always be cheering you on. Still stunned to be honest, goes to show that it doesn't always have to be a spiral down and we all deal with the condition in our own way. Thank you! Thanks a bunch Fenn! Means a lot and yeah... When I found out what they were made from and what they did? I just threw them out with the rest of the trash. Hehehe thanks HSSS I might just have to do that at the next check if all goes well. Yep I am still losing weight, lost another pound this week and plus it wasn't a fasting test either. I am not going to touch that statin after the two years of pain and misery even the half dose caused me plus I'm trying to heal not cause more problems. Eeeee thank you so much but you're all the stars here for getting me to this point! I bow, I bow and I hope it can inspire others, thank you! Thank you so much and trigs are at 1 mmol but HDL is at 1mmol too which isn't a bad ratio at all but it may be because of the meal I had before I went in for the test which was only an hour before the test. I agree though, raised insulin and BG will do a lot more than something that helps to repair the body. Thanks every so much! Thanks Rachox and indeed, I am not going to take them! When QRisk3 puts me at a 0.5% chance of a heart issue I think I'll take my chances. 1mmol Trigs, 1mmol HDL and 4.4mmol LDL which is why they are screaming and running around but I lost like 7 stone and now I am still losing it, heading into the 14 stone side of things so that would explain a lot. Plus I am glad that I am now in an abnormal 1mmol of trigs than what they counted as a normal 4.9mmol of trigs from last year! I suppose I can understand why they had concerns with you but honestly high BG will do a lot of damage too so it's a double edged sword but I do hope that you have good health from now on and thank you for the advice. Thank you Brunneria, that means a lot! You do flatter me, thank you so much I feel over the moon! Thanks Goonergal, it's thanks to your inspiration that I got this far along with many others! Hehehe, I have been getting so many compliments there and I am so happy for it! Thanks so much! Thank you that means a lot! Oh those were wonderful, thank you for pointing me to those and I really don't worry about it after QRisk said I would be pretty decent without the statins. Plus I would rather give myself time to heal first too. Thanks Gryph, great of you to say! Could not have done it without you and the others that gave me the inspiration to try on the first time here, you're the superstars and thank you so much for everything.
