Is there something sweetish that has very little carbs and protein and has mostly fat?

I know there is Squirty Cream with 3.5% carbs, but is there anything better? Like a pudding full of fat or anything?

Thanks!

Chocolate truffles; butter, cream and 70% cocoa dark chocolate.

Very nice suggestions, will have a closer look!
Is there anything that I can take with me and last for a day outside of the fridge?

Is there a fat bomb that I can buy ready to eat or with minimum preparation?

Try a jar of coconut manna, it should satisfy most of your requirements, if a bit heavy to carry around...
Robbity

ETA: I seem to rememeber a while back suggesting you look at the small cooler type lunch boxes for out of fridge options, did you actually ever do that?

Are you sure coconut manna is sweetish? It seems to have 7% sugar which is quite high.

No, I dont think carrying coolers is an option.

I carry a combo of stevia sweetened chocolate and mixed nuts, or nuts of choice. Works wonderfully. At home I dunk the chocolate in lashes of whipped cream - yuuuum.

I have too many nuts from Xmas. I'm going to get some decent dark chocolate and spruse them up. Will 90% chocolate solidify on nuts?
I've never waited long enough in past to find out.

If they are packet nuts they can be frozen, not sure about shell nuts as we do not get any like that in the shops.

I like chocolate macadamia nuts when we buy them, never made any at home though. Might give it a try next time we get a bucket full from our neighbours tree.

I just take a few nuts and a few dark choco chips and pop in my mouth. No fuss no muss

I freeze Macs and pecans. I have frozen pistachio and walnuts as well as peanuts and cashews and Brazil. So yup, freezing works.

Free Macs??? Lucky dog!!!

Virgin coconut oil with cocoa powder and stevie or Splenda, plus some desicated (unsweetened ) coconut for crunch. Or tahina (sesame 'butter') with sane if with brown (unhulled ) sesame seeds. Yum!

It's not quite instant but not far off...

Bung a jar of nut butter, half a pound of butter and sweetener in a processor and blend. Decant into a tub and bung in the fridge. Eat a dollop straight off a spoon, it takes ages.
If you wanted to fancy it up a bit, add some 90-100% choc chips, or dip dollops of it in melted chocolate.

They may be free, but it's labour intensive wacking each nut witha 2kg Gympie hammer to get them out of a very hard shell.

I do have a system worked out over the years which makes it easier.
Never mind. I’ll buy the roasted and salted haha. No time or desire to fight with nut shells lol

Sounds yum. Should also work with coconut oil instead if butter. (I especially like coconut oil for its built -in sweet taste).
