Sore feet

Hi can anyone recommend safety footwear as I walk up to nine miles a day on concrete floors

The most comfortable safety footwear I've worn were Dr Marten's, a little on the expensive side but well worth the cost.

How about some decent walking shoes from a sports shop?

They usually have excellent support and good thick soles which probably offer some cushioning.

Maybe you could fit some robust inner soles to help with cushioning, although you would possibly need to get slightly wider/deeper footware to accommodate the insoles.
