HI All,

I have a question.. My feet are sore..all day...not painful sore just feel like they have marbles or air bubbles in them.. I can walk OK.. But there feeling a bit weird.. Any ideas what it can be please?

It might be signs of neuropathy (nerve damage). This is often felt in the feet and hands. Some people take Alpha Lipoic Acid and vitamin B12 to alleviate the signs of neuropathy.

Otherwise, you just have to keep your blood sugars as low as possible. If you are type 2, then consider the Low Carb High Fat diet to reduce your blood glucose.

I had bad feet for ages before my diagnosis - I'm very wary now of wearing good footwear and keeping my feet warm . My levels are up a bit today and I knew as had needly legs n feet last night .
