I cook pretty well all our meals from scratch. However, we went out with a bunch of friends for a Quiz night and meal yesterday. T1 is still grouching that the team I was in won.
this meant I needed to cook light for tonight's dinner{and I only just got back on target after my antibiotics too]
So I made celery soup and it's fantastic. only a carb or 2 per portion
