Hi Patty, Sorry you've been depressed. I was only diagnosed T2 in Jan this year and have also been depressed. I've been finding inspiration and new ideas on this forum though, (I didnt know the old forum) Regarding spaghetti, I havn't seen that in Asda yet, but I did try the courgetti which is basically courgette in spaghetti strips and that was lovely stirred through a pesto sauce with various veg and whatever else you like. Also, I am going to try the butternut squash spaghetti from Sainsburys which sounds good. I also got some pasta free from carbs at Holland and Barrett at the weekend, but to be honest I don't like the sound of it much  Its like a lot of people on here have been saying though, just eat everything in moderation :D Hope you feel better soon.

I've found the courgetti and the butternut noodles to be really useful. I cooked the butternut noodles in a frying pan with some olive oil and spices and it was lovely.

Hi Mo, I havn´t tried the butternut squash noodles yet but my partner has agreed to try them when I do which is great as he only eats peas & baked beans normally!! I did like the courgetti but ended up having to throw half the pack away as I saved half in the fridge but the next day it was bubbling up  I think it was on its last best before date though  I also found cauliflower and broccoli couscous at Waitrose but ended up having to throw it away due to being out of date. :arghh:
