Unfortunately I think only admin has the power to delete members,otherwise he would be history!:twisted:

I presume that when all we see in the text is "MESSAGE" it means the forum's filter has deleted the original text. If that is the case then it can't be rocket science for the filter to check whether all that is left is the word MESSAGE and if that is the case just delete the topic (and the user id of the sender).
