Spam Watch

LJ I'm doing my best to keep up with the spam!!Unfortunately none of us(mods)can be here 24/7.The spam in the employment section I have no control over as I do not have delete rights in that department.
As for people selling stuff,it is up to the individual reading these forums to make their own minds up about the products.You will notice that out and out quackery(is that the right spelling?)is very soon debunked!Some of these products have obviously helped some people and therefore may help others.A few years ago taking cinnamon would probably have been laughed at but now we know it has been proved to reduce BS.
People like Dreamfields and Bistro have been used and 'tested'by members.Lynda Kay asked if she could post on the Supplements section,as she has contributed to the discussions on this forum and is not just advertising her wares I gave permission.If this is not OK with Admin.I'm sure I will be made aware of this !

Yes I had the same email!I deleted this thread as spam earlier on.I can only assume that he signed in then went through members list and copied all the emails,cheeky ************!

Oh I wish I could!!!!!!!!!!but I don't have delete options for the bit of the forum.I emailed admin and dennis. I hope one of them will do it shortly.It's really bugging.
