I have a Care Sens N meter plus carry a spare one plus spare batteries. I tend to cover all bases when I am overseas but at home tend to rely on my diabetic kit (all gear in one place). Nobody has been able to tell me what to look for if battery is lowHi All,
Quick question do people who test reguarly tend to have more than one meter and if so are they the same or do people go for something different.
Reason for asking is I am currently 45 miles from my meter and there is no way I'm driving back to get it now.
Thanks...
I use the sd codefree meter and have a spare codefree meter.
I use this meter because the test strips are one of the cheapest to buy.
I used to use another meter, forgotten what it was as I have thrown it away, but the rest strips were very expensive to buy and the meter was free. Manufactorers tend to give away meters know in that the test strips are expensive
